Before you book

Common questions

A prepaid annual pass. You commit to a set number of listings for the year — 24 on Pro or 48 on Power — and in exchange you lock last year's VX rates on those listings for 12 months, plus guaranteed next-day availability, same-day rush tokens, senior photographers only, a priority support line and a dedicated account rep.

25 in total. We capped it deliberately: the speed promises only work if the number of people holding them stays small enough for us to keep them.

When the 25 spots are gone, or when VX 3.0 pricing goes fully live — whichever happens first. After that the pass at current rates doesn't come back.

Volume. Pro covers 24 listings a year, Power covers 48. Both carry the same benefits. On the call we look at what you actually did last year and tell you which one fits — including if neither does.

We credit you an extra shoot on your pass. That applies to our next-day and same-day promises specifically — if we say it lands tomorrow and it doesn't, you get a shoot back. No strings attached.

Then we'll tell you straight on the call and you keep booking as you go. The pass is built for agents doing at least two to four listings a month with us — under that, we'll run your own numbers with you and tell you whether it still pencils.

It's 30 minutes of your own numbers. We pull your usage, show you what it looks like on VX 3.0 pricing, and if a pass makes sense we can lock it on the call. If it doesn't, that's the answer you get.
