The digital age of real estate arrived with its own set of problems. Costly delays. Agents chasing a photographer for files that were due yesterday. Listing photos that look exactly like every other listing's photos. All of it quietly costs sellers money.

Is there a better way?

We thought so. Virtual Xposure came out of that question — an Edmonton media and marketing team built around one job: getting a listing in front of the right buyers, fast, without anyone having to chase us for it.

Three Rules We Don't Break

  • Flat rates, up front

    600 square feet or 6,000, a shoot is priced the same. What we quote is what you pay.

  • Unlimited at the appointment

    No cap on how many photos we take or how much footage we capture while we are there. A few extra frames should not decide whether a listing gets in front of the right eyes.

  • Edited in-house

    Every photo is finished by our own editors and every video is stabilised before it reaches you. Nothing is sent offshore and mailed back three days later.

Every package is flat-rate. Whether the property is 600 sq ft or 6,000, a shoot is priced the same, and there are no travel, rush or additional fees on top of what we quote you. Add-ons are per-image and published: virtual staging is $25 CAD per image, virtual renovation $47.99 per image. Book your shoot using the Get Started button and you'll see your exact package price before you confirm — no call required, no credit card up front, you pay after the shoot.

First things first: you don't need to be there. We don't require the agent on site for a shoot, so there's no such thing as missing your own appointment. If you booked the free Get Listed shoot on its own, there's no card on file and no cancellation fee — move it as many times as you need to. If you're on a paid package, or you took the discounted upgrade alongside the free shoot, we do hold a card and a late change may be charged, because the booking holds a technician, their travel and an editing slot. Either way, tell us as early as you can at support@virtualxposure.com and we'll move you rather than charge you wherever we possibly can.

In saying 'Unlimited', we mean that there is no limit to the amount of photos we take, or video footage we capture in a given appointment. Our primary goal is to ensure your property is marketed as effectively as possible, period.

No surprise ones. What we quote is what you pay — no travel fees, no rush fees, no charge based on the size of the property, and nothing added after the shoot. The only things that cost extra are the optional per-image add-ons, priced up front: virtual staging at $25 CAD per image and virtual renovation at $47.99 per image. You only pay for those if you ask for them.

All Photography, Measurements, Virtual Staging and Virtual 3D Tours are all delivered to you in 24 hours or less - guaranteed (following the time the appointment is scheduled for). Video projects are also typically delivered to you within 24 hours, but may take up to 48 hours if the project is more complex. As for logo design and animation, custom graphic design, and everything else, our turnaround time depends on what exactly you're looking to achieve. Branding is such a critical part of the marketing for any business, and this is not something that should be rushed.
