Every package is flat-rate. Whether the property is 600 sq ft or 6,000, a shoot is priced the same, and there are no travel, rush or additional fees on top of what we quote you. Add-ons are per-image and published: virtual staging is $25 CAD per image, virtual renovation $47.99 per image. Book your shoot using the Get Started button and you'll see your exact package price before you confirm — no call required, no credit card up front, you pay after the shoot.

It's simple really. We don't have one. Under no circumstances will you be penalized for mixing up a date or time, or for a client cancelling a listing on you. You're human, we get it. We strive to build long-lasting, positive relationships with each and every one of our clients, and enforcing petty cancellation fees is not the way to do this.

In saying 'Unlimited', we mean that there is no limit to the amount of photos we take, or video footage we capture in a given appointment. Our primary goal is to ensure your property is marketed as effectively as possible, period.

No, we do not charge any additional fees on any of our services. That means whatever we quote you is what we charge.

All Photography, Measurements, Virtual Staging and Virtual 3D Tours are all delivered to you in 24 hours or less - guaranteed (following the time the appointment is scheduled for). Video projects are also typically delivered to you within 24 hours, but may take up to 48 hours if the project is more complex. As for logo design and animation, custom graphic design, and everything else, our turnaround time depends on what exactly you're looking to achieve. Branding is such a critical part of the marketing for any business, and this is not something that should be rushed. If you're unsure or need a particular service right way, please book a free consultation with one of our representatives - and we'll happily provide you with an accurate quote specific to your unique needs and wants.
