No, we do not charge any additional fees on any of our services. That means whatever we quote you is what we charge. 

All Photography, Measurements, Virtual Staging and Virtual 3D Tours are all delivered to you in 24 hours or less - guaranteed (following the time the appointment is scheduled for).

Video projects are also typically delivered to you within 24 hours, but may take up to 48 hours if the project is more complex.

As for logo design and animation, custom graphic design, and everything else, our turnaround time depends on what exactly you're looking to achieve. Branding is such a critical part of the marketing for any business, and this is not something that should be rushed.
